Customer Care Advisor's

Full Time – 40hrs per week
Monday – Friday you need to be flexible & committed to working a shift pattern between the hours of 8am-8pm. Also working every other weekend 9am-5pm, which you then get 2 days off in the week.
Our client is looking for experienced Customer Care Advisors with a start date at the beginning of July. This role is for a large market leading retail company based at their Head Office in Milton Keynes.
You will become 'part of their family'. You will be responsible for reviewing and managing all incoming customer issues and concerns through all channels of communication. Because you play this critical role in being the first contact you should be friendly, understanding and demonstrate an excellent communication style. Their customers always must remain at the heart of everything you do, always ensuring the customer receives the best experience they can to enhance the brand.
Daily tasks will include:
Reviewing and communicating with customers through email and live chat
Be able to show empathy and willingness to help
Taking information in detail to hand over to correct departments
Demonstrating ownership
Guide customers through process in resolving issues
Working as part of an overall Customer Care team
Ensuring their customers are ALWAYS fully satisfied
GDPR compliance
Always have a 'can do' attitude

£22,500p/a
28 days holiday
2% pension employee contribution and 6% from them
