Customer Care Administrator
Temporary
£10.26 per hour plus Holiday Pay
(Equivalent of £20,000 per annum)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Care professional to join a busy team for our prestigious client. It is essential that you have a real passion for offering a fantastic customer experience.
Excellent written communication skills are essential as the role of Customer Care Administrator requires well written emails that thoroughly address the needs of the customer, but still engage in a personal approach. As part of the recruitment process you will be asked to complete a written test.
Key responsibilities of the Customer Care Administrator will include but are not limited to:
Respond to customer queries via email and telephone
Take ownership of and resolve any issue raised by the customer
Ensure all relevant administration is completed on a daily basis
Provide help and advice to customers on products
Handle complaints and difficult situations in a calm manner
Enter customer comments on the system ensuring accurate records
Issue compensation if required or a refundOur Customer Care Administrator needs to have:
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Excellent use of grammar; can construct meaningful text
Possess a genuine passion for delivering world class service
Ability to multi task across two work streams, call handling and administration support
Friendly and tactful manner
Strong team player
Able to work under pressure
Able to make decisions
