Temporary Customer Account Controller/ SAP
(Temporary to permanent)
Salary: £13.84 per Hour / £27,000 PA
Immediate start
Hours: 37.5 per week – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Location: Milton Keynes
Our Prestigious Client is looking for a Customer Account Controller to join their highly successful team.
SAP EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
The successful candidate will be providing support to managed service contract customers, ensuring that the service level agreements in place are adhered to at all times.
The position requires a person with strong customer service background ideally in the health care industry. The candidate will be a strong team player as well as a self-starter.
Key responsibilities:
Customer Order Processing
Assisting the logistics management team and customers in reducing ad-hoc orders and changes to delivery schedules.
Create and maintain customer delivery schedules in SAP
Maintain relationships with partners in Northern and Southern Ireland
Process monthly orders and book carriers, order stock as required
Regularly reviewing the contract management system to ensure a smooth transition into SAP
Working closely with the SAP team to ensure the system is accurate at all times
Process QC shipments and ongoing administration to minimise write off and increase customer efficiency
Order stock for customer backorders
Person Specification
* This position requires a confident person with a drive to achieve results in their specialist customer service role and administrative area of expertise.
* Excel at intermediate level
* SAP experience
* A good communicator and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
* Personable nature with good social skills enabling them to effectively communicate with customers, build relationships and install confidence at every customer interaction
