Contact Centre Trainer – Buckinghamshire – Salary negotiable – Immediate start

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contact Centre Trainer to join my client's training team based in the Buckinghamshire area.
Role Summary:
Develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes and technologies for both internal and external customers. Maintain existing training content and systems resulting from analysis of system development, regulatory mandates and/or payment brand compliance. Provide presentations, demonstrations, advice and consultancy relating to systems and ancillary products. Evaluate to determine if business outcomes have been achieved. Follow up to ensure continuous improvement. Proactively expand existing and build new knowledge.
Role Responsibilities:
Delivers a range of simple to moderately complex technical training content and a clear understanding of given subject(s) by following course syllabus with little to moderate deviation.
Tailors content based on individual customer needs, as directed. Occasionally assists with simple design projects.
Provides basic cross‐training and support for colleagues.
Contributes to on‐site client support and training by providing basic advice relating to the applicable functionality of the system and ancillary products.
Accompanies/supports higher level trainer/manager as needed; however, training could be single trainer led.
Experience Required:
Typically Minimum 4 Years Relevant Exp ‐ Experience of full training life cycle ‐ analysis, design, delivery, evaluation
Contact Centre Training experience (ESSENTIAL)
