The Role;
* Responsible for research and resolution of customer chargebacks
* Taking incoming calls and making outbound calls
* Compiling written responses
* Liaison with customers and third parties
* Dealing with fraud management/chargebacks
* Applies bank and card industry regulations and practices
Skills;
* Telephone customer service experience required
* Experience within a Call Centre
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Professional and calm manner
* Computer literate
