Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Client Services Executive to join their internal client services team. Ideally, you will be a new business specialist who is looking to develop your career.

Reporting to the Internal Client Services Manager, you will be a key player in the development of new business opportunities in your region.

You will also work closely with stakeholders across the business to develop additional sources of income.

The role:

▪ Retain and grow existing client accounts by business volume and revenue

▪ Develop the commercial relationships with our existing client base and build network with stakeholders of influence

▪ Responsible for the contract management and renewal of contracts for client allocation

▪ Promote and x-sell additional Services

▪ Promote and x-sell additional services from network of trusted 3rd party suppliers

▪ Build strong and collaborative relationship internally with key functions such as operations, marketing, and programme delivery team

▪ Self-generate client appointments and engage with key stakeholders with influence or in a decision making capacity

▪ Build and maintain pipeline throughout the sales cycle on Sales Force CRM

We expect the ideal candidate to possess the following experience and skills:

▪ Commercial acumen (Lead generation skills, overcoming objections, pipeline management)

▪ Persuasion skills

▪ Presentation skills and proficient with Microsoft suite of software. (i.e. Microsoft PowerPoint)

▪ Sales Force experience highly desirable
