Our client has an exciting permanent vacancy for a Client Services Executive to join their internal client services team. Ideally, you will be a new business specialist who is looking to develop your career.
Using your B2B experience you will be working with an existing customer base focussing on ensuring that clients renew contracts. Through a methodical and timely process of reviewing the contract success with the client you will be able to spot the opportunity for not only renewing the contract but also cross selling other products and services and also working with the client to address any issues that theymay have had.
In addition to the renewals you will also work with a large suite of client to cross sell products and services.
You can expect the full support of the larger team and a fully achievable ote of around £38k pa.

Reporting to the Internal Client Services Manager, you will be a key player in the development of new business opportunities in your region.
You will also work closely with stakeholders across the business to develop additional sources of income.
The role:
? Retain and grow existing client accounts by business volume and revenue
? Develop the commercial relationships with our existing client base and build network with stakeholders of influence
? Responsible for the contract management and renewal of contracts for client allocation
? Promote and x-sell additional Services
? Promote and x-sell additional services from network of trusted 3rd party suppliers
? Build strong and collaborative relationship internally with key functions such as operations, marketing, and programme delivery team
? Self-generate client appointments and engage with key stakeholders with influence or in a decision making capacity
? Build and maintain pipeline throughout the sales cycle on Sales Force CRM
We expect the ideal candidate to possess the following experience and skills:
? Commercial acumen (Lead generation skills, overcoming objections, pipeline management)
? Persuasion skills
? Presentation skills and proficient with Microsoft suite of software. (i.e. Microsoft PowerPoint)
? Sales Force experience highly desirable
