About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Cashier/CEA Clerk.
The role is permanent and is part time, 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 0830 to 1530 – Office Based.
Royal Air Force High Wycombe is the home of Headquarters Air Command (HQ Air) and this role will involve providing a cashier and service to all Air Command and Station personnel, as well as approving and being an Admin support to CEA- (Continuous Education Allowance) Claimants.
Main Tasks:
* Providing a Cashier service Mon to Fri 0930 to 1230
* Reconciling the Public Bank Account
* Approving CEA claims and being an Admin support to claimants
* Checking and Processing Service Personnel Manual Offline claims
* Checking and Processing DHET (Defence Health & Education Training)
What do I need to do the role?
You'll need proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 – Excel, Outlook, Skype, Teams and SharePoint.
Would also like you to hold experience in the following:
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Capable of dealing with a varied workloads and tasks.
* Excellent verbal and communication skills.
* Able to work with scalable timelines and under pace.
* Resourceful.
What else do I need to know?
* The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
