This is a fantastic opportunity for a telephone customer service professional looking to take their experience to the next level.
Following an in-depth 12-week training programme you will be working for an elite outsourcing financial services organisation.
They are looking for several individuals to join various financial clients.

The Role
* Investigate potential credit card fraud cases
* Analyse account activity such as payment and transaction history
* Contact clients and merchants regarding information regarding fraudulent cases
* Navigate an in-house bespoke system
Skills;
* Telephone customer service experience is essential
* Financial knowledge would be an advantage
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Professional and calm manner
* Computer literate
Working Hours
* 5 days a week, 40 hours per week between either 8am-8pm Sunday)
