B2B Lead Generation Specialist

Temporary Role

£11.00 per hour, plus Holiday Pay

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

We have a temporary opportunity for an experienced business to business lead generator to support our brand leading client with New Business customer prospecting. The main objective of this role will be to provide outbound prospecting call support targeting business customers to drive new sales opportunities.

About the role

You will be responsible for prospecting business customers by contacting them via phone and email, qualifying their requirements via scripted questions and generating new business opportunity leads where eligible.
You will ensure this data is added to the Salesforce database and followed up accordingly.
You must be comfortable with making 80 to 100 outbound calls per day.About you

To be successful, you will be passionate about customer service with a proven level of delivering excellent results.

You'll have previous experience working on the phone and will have the ability to build relationships and rapport quickly with customers.

Demonstrable experience in a similar role

Be a motivated, customer focused team player with the ability to operate efficiently in a high volume, high tempo business area

Be capable of working on own initiative, prioritising workload to ensure agreed service levels are met.
