Sales Administrator | £22-25,000 + £10K Annual Bonus | Central Aylesbury
Our client, an Aylesbury based company, are looking for a new Business Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role: Management of Inbound Leads (Service Levels)
* To ensure that all inbound leads are contacted within the agreed service level.
* To develop and adopt the best practices that will maximise both first time call conversions and sales conversions.
* To ensure all lead pipelines are regularly cleansed and kept current.
* To develop listening skills to analyse and provide the contractor with the best advice in choosing the optimum product for their needs.
Main Duties:
* Effectively manage your ‘sales’ pipeline to maximise conversions
* Record all data accurately and for completeness
* Achieve and exceed all SLAs
The Reward:
Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 DOE
Bonuses: Up to £10,000 additional to be earned via commission + Multiple generous Company benefits (Fitness, Healthcare, travel, shopping and many more)
Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 5:30pm)
Start Date: Starting ASAP
