We are recruiting for an Account Manager to join a thriving and highly successful company in the Utilities sector. This company has grown from strength to strength throughout the 2020 global pandemic.
The main responsibility is to manage a portfolio of customers through relationship development whilst providing the highest standards of customer experience.
This position would suit an individual with a successful track record in smart metering.
Job responsibilities:
* Proactively managing your own customer portfolio
* Managing supplier metering projects
* Dealing with customer queries and complex queries and complaints
* Adhering to customer SLA agreements
* Resolving any contractual non-conformities
* Working closely with other departments
* Identifying system and process enhancements
* Exceeding goals relating to customer satisfaction, retention and growth
* Dealing with any invoice’s discrepancies against service
* Monitoring, reporting and managing your customers’ operational and contractual performance
* Organising and attending customer meetings
* Supporting with contract extension, additions and renewal initiatives
* Creating and maintaining an efficient communication process for each customer
Essential skills and experience:
* Successful track record in Smart Metering
* Previous experience in the Utilities industry
* Must be focused on the customer journey
* Results driven
* Ability to identify process improvement
* Strong analytical skills
* Commercially minded
* Strong influencing skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Good level of written and spoken English
* Good level of Microsoft office packages (Excel, Word, etc)
