Our client, a company based in Milton Keynes who are a forward thinking and growing organisation has a role for an Account Handler / Client Relationship Manager based in the spacious open plan office.
The Job
This role provides day to day customer management and support to new and existing customers, supporting the Business Development Managers. The main aim of these positions is to be a fixed point of contact for customers and resolve any queries or problems as they arise and process new applications and orders ensuring the best customer service.
The Ideal Candidate
A positive, friendly and engaging candidate who thrives in a busy customer service environment would be ideal for this position. You will be responsible for identifying new commercial sales opportunities within existing accounts and upselling or cross selling of the products. You will have your own portfolio of clients and will be the main point of contact for all queries and new accounts as they sign up. You will need experience in a similar position and have a good telephone manner be self-motivated with a driven approach to work. Experience of Salesforce would be an advantage.
The Package
£20,000 – £25,000 per annum dependant on skills and experience
28 days including bank holiday
Pension 6%.
