Our client has a vacancy for an Account Executive to proactively manage SME client relationships, to deliver profitability, retention, and scheme growth. This role is providing maternity cover till February 2023.
The role is focussed on developing and managing client relationships through regular and planned
contact, consistently delivering the highest service standards to ensure maximum retention through client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will proactively work with clients to drive increased scheme engagement and take up and will deliver Gross Profit targets to the business as projected for each account.
This role will maintain a close relationship with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the
smooth management of new and existing SME business and there will be lots of liaison with internal
departments to ensure deadlines and implementation timeframes are adhered to in accordance with the client brief. The successful candidate will maintain accurate and timely records in appropriate databases and formats.
The Role
▪ To proactively manage, develop and maintain excellent SME client relationships.
▪ To proactively work with clients to drive increased scheme engagement and take up.
▪ To liaise with internal departments to ensure deadlines and implementation timeframes are adhered to in accordance with the client brief. To be a top-level customer services champion for the division.
▪ Manage existing and new SME client’s schemes and be fully conversant with all aspects
of these schemes.
▪ To fully understand the products and service, and the processes behind each product.
▪ To answer queries from clients in a full and timely manner.
▪ To ensure all SME clients sites are tested when required before they go live with the client.
▪ To understand all areas within the business to strengthen the brand.
▪ To maintain accurate and timely records in appropriate databases and formats.
▪ To provide information for, attend, and participate in meetings as necessary.
▪ To maintain a close relationship with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth
management of new and existing SME business.
▪ Deal with all relevant communication either written oral, e-mail, and telephone to ensure the highest levels of service at all times.
▪ Work closely with systems, print and design to proactively deliver timely and cost-effective solutions for SME clients when necessary, ensuring all relevant teams are fully briefed on timescales and expectations for each account.
Requirements
▪ Experience of managing and developing client relationships.
▪ Proactive in approach in nurturing and developing client relationships
▪ Exceptional communication and people skills, with ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues of all levels
▪ Proficient in the operation of IT solutions, inclusive of Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM systems, project
management tools, and related products.
▪ Ability to deliver creative solutions to client problems, proactively resolves client queries to exceed
expectations at every opportunity.
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
▪ A good standard of education
