Account Coordinator (Care Sector)
£22,000 with incremental increases + bonus
Hours: 8.45-5.30

We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven, personable and dedicated Account Coordinator to join an established business services organisation based in Milton Keynes. This role will be working specifically with our clients care sector customers and so some form of experience in the care sector would be great but is not essential.
The successful candidate must:
Be a Team player
Be Confident with communication – verbal and written
Have a good telephone manner
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Be able to work well under pressure
Have good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
Have good time management
Be able to build a good repour with clients
Liaise with the team efficiently
Be good at problem-solving and keen to take on challenges and suggest different resolutions to ensure a positive outcome The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent presentation technique
High levels of competence to interact at all levels
Good level of analytical skills
Good level of proficiency in Excel
Strong problem solving and organisational skills
Self-motivation and be target focused
A proactive manner The salary for this role starts at £22,000 and increases after 6 months, 12 months and year 2. As well as the opportunity to earn more through targets and bonuses.
