Then I am recruiting for a Account Coordinator to join the Service Support team of a national distributor. We are on the hunt for an experienced Customer Service professional to support key customer accounts with processing claims, liaising on repair calls & general customer enquiries.
The role:
Engaging with customers to understand their needs
Logging all calls & updates on the CRM system
Liaising with Service Call Planners to book in jobs
Providing support & further information to technicians in the field
Advising customers on ETAs, issues & completion times
Providing quotes & logging orders, ensuring delivery
Evaluating warranties, raising orders & POs
The package:
£21,000
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

The ideal candidate:
Excellent customer service skills
Good telephone manner
Strong written skills
Able to remain calm under pressure
Self motivated
Knowledge of SAP & Microsoft Excel
