Are you a Stock Condition Surveyor who is looking for a new contract?

1st Select are currently working in partnership with a Consultancy who have won a contract in Aylesbury.

We are currently looking for X 2 Stock Condition Surveyors to carry Condition reports on social housing properties throughout the Aylesbury. All of the data will be recorded on a hand held device/tablet. We have 700 surveys to complete before January of internal only surveys.

Requirements for this role:

* Knowledge of using hand held devices (Tablet PC)

* HHSRS Experience

This is a 2 month contract with the possibility of leading to additional work. Price is per surevy with Houses and flats getting the same rate
