Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a recognised leader in the telecommunications sector on the hire of a Senior Planner for their office in Milton Keynes.

Our client has a strong and established acquisition and planning team that dates back to 1997, and is made up of MRICS & MRTPI professionals. You will join the team and work to find the right balance between cell planning requirements and the constraints of Town & Country Planning legislation. This will in turn ensure your customers select sites that achieve Planning consents quickly and efficiently.

The company has offices across the UK and so, if London or Manchester would be a better fit for you geographically, I would encourage you to still apply.

In order to apply, you should hold/have:

-Formal qualification in Planning (Masters/Postgraduate/First Degree)

-Full membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute or eligible for full Chartered Membership

-Telecomms experience ideal, or an interest in the telecoms market

-Commercial awareness from working in the Private Sector

-Knowledge and experience of Town & Country Planning regulations

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-A full driving license
