UK Parking Control have an exciting opportunity for a Researcher to join the team.
Location: Head Office, Wooburn Green, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 per annum
Researcher – The Role:
UK Parking Control are looking for a Researcher to join their Head office team. This role will be responsible for preparing reports a maintaining a central source of information on the global parking industry. This will involve reviewing technology in the sector, competitor analysis, country analysis, and reviewing multiple data sources to assist senior management in developing future growth strategies.
Researcher – Key Responsibilities:
– Identifying industry trends and developing research proposals
– Interpreting research specifications and developing a project plan to account for the requirements
– Compiling and producing reports analysing the Global parking sector
– Reviewing trends in data to help forecast and inform company strategy
– Presenting findings and reports to the senior management team
– Develop and codify a central source of information for the company to draw on
Researcher – Candidates will be effective at:
– Managing multiple projects at the same time
– Excellent record keeping
– Strong attention to detail
– Good critical thinking skills
– Making suggestions for improvements
– Time management
Researcher – Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
– Ideally educated to degree level
– Good understanding of research methodologies
– Proficiency in MS Office
– Attention to detail and exceptional written, verbal and telephonic communication skills
– Well organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Behaviours:
– Able to take ownership of projects through to completion
– Confidently discuss finding with senior management team
– Deal professionally with all types of stakeholders (internal and external)
