Level 2 / Tier 2 / Senior SOC Analyst – Remote

**Up to £500 per day**
**4 days on – 4 days off. Night shift role: 8pm-7am (20:00-07:00)**

A Level 2 SOC analyst opportunity has arisen to join a true cloud security specialist who are an Azure Expert MSP with 16 Gold Certifications.

You will join an established team that is a trusted partner to public and private sector to protect their Microsoft/Azure environments. You will have the opportunity to work on E5 level projects, using the latest Microsoft technology to provide SOC capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to alerting incidents
Remediate serious attacks escalated from Tier 1 SOC Analysts
Assess the scope of attacks and the affected systems
Use threat intelligence to pinpoint scale of the attack, the type of attack and systems affected
Implement and manage security tools
Investigate suspicious activities
Contain and prevent attacks where possible
Skills:

Experience with Sentinel
Problem solving skills
Previous experience in a Level 1/2 SOC Analyst role
