Role – Graduate Consultant 

Salary – £22,000 per annum

Location – High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

What will you be doing as a Graduate Consultant?

Rotating through multiple divisions to assess your skills and abilities before you’re assigned to a recruiting role 
Continuing a personal development plan, identifying and developing your skills in order to progress though the company  
Become an expert in your market area
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients

Degree educated (2:1 or First Class)
Highly motivated with a can-do attitude
Ability to focus and learn medical jargon 
Live locally to High Wycombe 
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships 
Easy transport routes from; Woodburn Green, Loudwater, Handy Cross, Penn, West Wycombe, Little Marlow and Marlow
