We are looking to recruit a full-time field technician to join our geo-environmental consultancy team based from our offices in Stoke Mandeville, Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will develop a wide range of skills by working on a diverse range of projects in a predominantly site-based role. You must have a ‘can do’ attitude, a good work ethic, be punctual and be able to work on your own initiative.

Key job responsibilities will include:

* In-situ geotechnical testing (Plate Bearing Tests, CBR tests, Infiltration testing);

* Environmental sampling and monitoring (air, soil and groundwater);

* Basic reporting and interpretation of field data;

* Client liaison and sub-contractor supervision.

Skills required:

* A-Levels (or degree) qualifications would be advantageous it is not a requirement, more important are for candidates to be practically minded with a flexible attitude to work;

* A full UK/EU driving licence;
