TSA have an excellent opportunity to join an expanding Asset Advisory consultancy who offer a range of estate consultancy services such as lifecycle, compliance services and fire.

Due to a rapid growth in their client’s requirements for Fire Advisory Services they are looking to bring on an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to support their team, this role will be based from home with minimal requirements to go to an office.

The successful individual will join a market specialist with an established team of Fire Risk Assessors, in addition they have secured pipeline of work already for the year. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will provide mainly fire risk assessments across various commercial and residential properties, this will range from Type 1-4, you may also be required to carry out audits, site inspections and providing fire safety and CDM advice to the company's clients.

What are we looking for?

Fire safety qualification such as the NEBOSH Fire, FPA or CFPA diploma

NEBOSH General or Construction certificate is desirable

Membership of IOSH or IFE is highly desirable but not essential

Minimum of 2 years' experience conducting fire risk assessments across various market sectors, including construction

Good working knowledge of current fire safety legislation and technical standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
