Client Relationship Manager (Finance)

Based; Milton Keynes

Salary £18-£20k

Your previous experience may have been based within the banking or financial sector, although that is not a necessity.

As a Relationship Manager working for this rapidly expanding independent finance broker you role will involve working with clients to help them choose a lender that is best suited to their funding requirements. This will be through the form of collating information, presenting opportunities to lenders and then reporting back to clients.

Once a lender is chosen the Relationship Manager will be responsible for liaising with clients and lenders to collate required information and contacting lenders for a decision.

Your role will be based around your clients and their needs, so you spend much of your day discussing their financial needs and keeping records. Other daily duties will include:

* Support the Corporate Finance brokers with daily tasks

* Offer a high quality service and manage relationships with lenders and clients

* Chase lenders and clients to ensure deadlines are met

* Prepare presentations and packs for brokers to present to clients and/or lenders

* Attend meetings and site visits with the broker

* Arrange and attend social/ networking events for the company and its clients

* Support with social media content and posting for the business on multiple platforms

* Updating customer database & office admin (filing, compliance etc)

* You will also be expected to identify possible sales opportunities and generate new business.

The successful candidate will need the following skills:
