Our Milton Keynes-based client is looking for a Client Strategy Associate to join their team on a full time basis to support their Client Services Team

The Client Strategy Associate is responsible for the delivery of high-quality services to a portfolio of ‘growth' clients, providing consultative services with regard to best practices, and identifying opportunities for our customer experience management solutions to support the client in answering business critical questions.

Position: Client Strategy Associate

Salary: £28,000 per annum + Phone allowance and Commission

The job will involve…

*Build strong relationships with clients

Ensure client programmes are aligned to their business objectives
Develop an in-depth understanding of a client's future needs to offer relevant Customer Experience solutions
Provide strategic insights to client senior management, including industry trends, consumer insight and site-level developments
Challenge and advise clients on best practice
Travel to client offices to present solutions and make recommendations
The Successful candidate will posses the following qualifications:

Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications, or comparable business experience
Exceptional communication and ability to simplify complex concepts
The ability to think strategically
Creative problem solving
The ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships
A collaborative approach to working
1 year of progressive sales experience in one or more of the following industries: Restaurant & Hospitality, Retail, Drug & Grocery, Petroleum/Convenience, Banking & Financial Institutions, Service, and Manufacturing.
Proficient in the use and application of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and sales contact software. The ability to provide examples of previous compelling PowerPoint presentations, analyses, or proposals will be a plus.
