TSA are currently working in partnership with a Building Consultancy who are looking to recruit a team of Building Surveyors to carry out fabric condition surveys as part of a nationwide programme. As part of this program, we are looking for individuals to cover the Buckinghamshire area.

We are looking for qualified Building Surveyors to carry out a block by block, condition survey including lifecycle of a large public sector estate, the contract will form around 5 years work but will be broken down into batches of work. All survey data will be captured into a PDA device with a pre-determined question set and method.

Candidates will be required to be qualified according, ideally to a Building Surveying Degree level, alternatively we will review candidates with other associated qualifications with a strong record in condition surveying.

Candidates will also be required to hold or pass and enhanced DBS check.

This role will fall outside of IR35
