Lamonby Recruitment are delighted to represent a multi-disciplinary planning and surveying practice based in Buckinghamshire who are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor.

The successful Building Surveyor will have experience undertaking homebuyers’ reports and party wall work on projects.

Initially the role will be offered on a 6 month contract with a view to go permanent. Salary offered is negotiable depending on experience.

Practical experience is required in the following areas:

* Undertakine homebuyers’ reports and party wall work on projects.

* Building Condition surveys.

* Dilapidations instructions

* Party Wall instructions for Building Owner, Adjoining Owner and Agreed Owner;

* Reinstatement Cost Assessment inspections, calculations and reporting;

* Contract Administration

* Defect investigation and reporting with recommended repairs;

* Licence to Alter requests;

* Planned Maintenance Programme development;

Initially the role will be offered on a 6 month contract with a view to go permanent. Salary offered is negotiable depending on experience.

Applicants will need to live be within a commutable distance to High Wycombe or Buckinghamshire region and be able to commute to Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Surrey and Greater London region.
