Exciting opportunity for a Working Foreman. You should have knowledge and experience in residential construction, come from a trade background and can work alone or manage an installation team in high value projects.
Working Foreman – Company Profile:
The client is established in this luxury residential design, construction and installation industry. Projects are generally up to small and detailed up to £100k but can higher for bespoke installations. Their customers comprise of high-net-worth private and trade clients such as homeowners, developers, architects and interior designers.
Working Foreman – Duties:
*Ensure jobs are completed to very high finish, agreed timescales and profit secured
*Read and review job details with Project Manager on first day of installation
*Organise team to arrive on site with the correct equipment and materials
*Manage allocation and rotation of work and provide training where needed.
*Effective communication between project team and customer
*Manage all Health & Safety procedures and requirements
*Complete paperwork for each job
Working Foreman – Candidate Profile:
*Experience in general building; groundworks, house building or internal fit out projects
*Plastering, finishing and Carpentry skills desired
*Exceptional eye for detail
*Calm and confident managing people and problems
*Able to work on construction drawings
*Customer orientated, immaculately presented
*Honest and transparent
*Driving licence: Essential
*CSCS (gold minimum) and competency cards
Working Foreman – Salary & Location:
Mobile working, mostly London/Home Counties, but requirement to travel South Coast to Midlands regularly
£35-38,000
Company car, fuel card, mobile phone
