We require a CSCS Welfare Labourer for ongoing work in Northampton.

Location: Milton Keynes – MK4 / MK17
Position: Welfare Labourer – CSCS needed
Contract type: Temp
Salary/Rate: £11.50 – £14.00

Please be advised your duties WILL include cleaning on site and also potentially the toilets.

The Role

As on of the Welfare Labourers on the project you will be responsible for:

You will be carrying out general cleaning duties in all parts of the offices and site. For example, Vacuum cleaning, dusting the office work space, cleaning windows, removal of waste etc. This will also include the toilets.
Working under the supervision and management of the Project Manager, Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager.
Clearing areas of work to ensure it is a clean and safe environment to work in.
Unloading white goods deliveries and movement of building materials.
Securing barrier protection around the site and making sure hoarding & fencing is secure.

About You

You will need a current and valid CSCS card.
Some previous experience is preferred but not essential.
Must be able to provide 2 x references
