We are currently recruiting for Warehouse and Stores Operatives for our Milton Keynes head office. We are an SME with 24 years of trading in the property services sector. We are looking for an energised, committed candidates that can demonstrate a strong work ethic and history within a warehouse/store’s environment on their CV.

Working Hours: 8am – 5pm You MUST be flexible to work slightly earlier on occasions dependant on scheduled delivery slots.

Salary: Negotiable with possible monthly KPI bonus

The Role:

* Unpacking and processing of all incoming deliveries of stock

* Checking incoming deliveries against delivery paperwork, checking for damaged or missing items

* Moving incoming stock, using the Counterbalance forklift if required

* Logging new items of stock onto the stock control system

* Filing of delivery notes and relevant paperwork

* Processing all deliveries in the OneServe system

* Assisting with monthly stocktaking as required

* Maintaining the goods in area and delivery yard to ensure a tidy and safe environment

* Team player and collaborative

Essential Criteria:

* Any energetic, positive, collaborative, and organised individual

* Ability to plan, organise and control several different activities

* Attention to detail and able to maintain excellent standard of quality in own work

* Able to work with minimal supervision as well as part of a small team

* IT literate with competency in MS Office; particularly in MS Excel, data inputting

Desirable Criteria:

* Counterbalance forklift license

* Experience of using stock control systems is desirable, but not essential

* Experience working in an environment with an ISO 9001 Quality Management System

Other responsibilities:

* Skips and Recycling

Management of suppliers of all recycling

* Forklift-

Operational: Safety checks, general maintenance (charging, fluids etc)

* Stock –

Booking incoming stock onto OneServe,
Allocating stock to jobs as its used
Managing storage and issuing of van stock, dealing with allocation to people’s van stocks.
