A client of mine currently has an opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join their team in Milton Keynes on a 9 month contract basis. You will be a general operative within the warehouse which will involve a mixture of general lifting and shifting, as well as being involved with ordering, invoicing and logistics duties. Due to the nature of this position you will need to go through full SC clearance which the client will pay for.

You will be undertaking a wide range of Logistics duties such as:
Receiving goods and issuing.
Ordering and Stock control within the stores
Packing and preparing items for shipping
Manifesting of diplomatic mail
Recording and processing of disposals
Management and serving of tooling
Collection and delivery of mail throughout operation facilities
Customer Services
Security screening
Data Entry

Essential:

Sound knowledge and experience of working within a logistics environment
Experience of working in Warehouse background
Ability to gain security clearance
Up to date knowledge of manual handling procedures
Customer services experience
Forklift truck experience is desirable
