RSR has established an outstanding reputation as a Design-Build Construction company operating across the UK from Milton Keynes and due to continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Site Team as a Trainee Data Installer.

If you are interested in working on construction sites and are looking for a specialist trade in which to progress then we would be interested in speaking with you. The job will provide varied opportunities to work on data installations, assisting our site team with testing and commissioning. As well as the chance to help with regular maintenance and fault finding. There is an excellent network of professionals amongst our teams that will support you as you get to grips with the role.

The role involves doing on the job training whilst working on site doing data installations. You will be working on client sites and will be expected to assist in ensuring the works are done on time to the highest standards. Working with our Site Team will require a collaborative approach and you will eventually be required to work independently, as you grow in the role.

We would welcome applicants with the following skills; Trainee, Data Cable, Data Install, Electrical, Construction, Trade, Electrical Installations, Testing, Maintenance, Customer Service, Communication, Fault Finding.

Benefits

Training given on understanding data installations, though to progression to a qualified Data Engineer. Pension contribution, travel expenses, overtime and weekend working available/optional. Employee Ownership model of business.

Hourly rate will be dependent on level of experience and will increase as experience is gained.
