We are currently assisting a leading House Builder in their search for a Panning Manager to join their growing Beaconsfield division.

This role would be well suited to someone at a Local Authority or consultancy looking to make a client-side move, or an individual at another House Builder looking to work for a business who really put their people first.

Salary up to £70,000 for the right individual plus benefits.

Duties:

Research and proactively monitor, Local Plan and Neighbourhood Plan preparation to inform site searches in key target areas.
Provide Planning Appraisals of potential development.
Prepare Local Plan and other representations to local authorities in support of sites under control.
Manage submission, content and strategy for processing planning applications, including appeals and s106 agreements where necessary
Manage and instruct consultants to an agreed scope of works and budget.
Manage the discharge of all pre-start planning conditions and s106 obligations.
Liaise, consult and negotiate with relevant external organisations, including attendance at public consultation and stakeholder events.
Provide advice and assistance to colleagues and trainees on planning matters.
Ensure continued professional development.
