TOWN PLANNER

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to present the fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Town Planner to join a dynamic and close-knit Town Planning Consultancy based in Milton Keynes!

The Client

My clients dynamic team operates across the whole of the UK, with their focus surrounding their head office in the South-East. Their work focused mainly on supporting Developers, Landowners, and domestic clients across their home counties of Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Bedfordshire.

The team are close-knit and growing, and work on Planning applications for Residential, Commercial, Strategic Developments, and Householder projects. They carefully monitor the emergence of local plans and supporting evidence documents and engage in the promotion of development sites through submissions at all stages of consultation.

The team have recently completed an application submitted for the redevelopment of a brownfield site, within a conservation area for 228 dwellings!

The Candidate…

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and enthusiastic Town Planner who has the desire to join a dynamic and close-knit team of Planners. The successful candidate will be ambitious and forward-thinking! The candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and will have the unique opportunity to work directly with Directors and Senior Team members!

Requirements

An RTPI accredited Degree or equivalent academic qualification.
Previous experience ideal but not essential.
A passion for Planning and ambition to succeed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Full clean driving licence (preferred).What's on offer?
