Ascendant Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Tools Technician to start immediately working for a company in the Manufacturing industry. This role is working within a supportive team and requires good problem solvers who have inquisitive minds

Job Role:

Prepare tools and part orders for shipment as required
Assemble and test tools for specified performance.
Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
Dismantle defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
Troubleshoots and identifies malfunctioning or inoperative equipment,

What you must have:

Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
Interested in technical problems
Responds promptly to customer needs
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Proficient in basic computer skills.
