I am recruiting a Technical Support / Service Engineer for one of the UK's leading ventilation manufacturers. The company are looking for an eager individual to work alongside the sales team to provide support to their customer on ventilation systems and use this to essentially create work i.e. going out and helping the customer with whatever issues they might have.

The role will be office-based, a 9am – 5pm, especially starting off. The office is newly refurbished and has an impressive exhibition of all their products so you can get familiar with the units and their components and use this to find out solutions for the customers without leaving the office!

The role will require someone who is open to travelling nationally to assist customers. Whilst it is office based, as and when the work comes in, the individual will be expected to travel nationally to maintain and commission units. All travel expenses will be paid

The suitable candidate will be someone who has experience in a similar position in the HVAC sector, preferably coming with a ventilation or air conditioning background. A full-clean driving licence is essential. NICEIC, BPEC or CSCS card desirable, but training would be provided.

The Technical Support / Service Engineer will receive:

£30,000 – £35,000 base salary
KPI – 10% of basic salary (post 3 months' probation)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Pension – Employee contribution 5%
