Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a residential developer in the search for a Technical Manager to be based out of their office in Buckinghamshire.

You will be responsible for a number of residential sites across the county, ensuring all technical information is in accordance with quality and budget constraints. You will maintain working relationships with consultants, monitoring time scales of each scheme. Reporting to the Technical Director with any design and building problems, and any information which may affect the building programme.

Desired experience:

Experience working with a developer on residential schemes.
Good knowledge of Building RegulationsThis is a great opportunity for a proficient Technical Manager to showcase their skillset across a range of projects.
