Technical Manager
A bespoke developer in Buckinghamshire have a excellent opportunity for a Technical Manager to join their team
Our client has been founded for 30 years and are an award winning privately-owned developer of new homes
They have nearly 30 years’ experience creating bespoke, high-quality character properties in desirable locations within an hour of Buckinghamshire
Their new homes are built on carefully selected prime residential locations. Schemes range from larger estates to exclusive streets of 10 new homes – largest current scheme is 50 plots

Working for a bespoke develop you will enjoy being involved in the entire process from inception to completion
Our client are busy and growing – they are currently building 24 large units, about to start another 4 in Oxfordshire, with purchase agreed on another 27 in Northamptonshire. Plus 6 sites in the planning system!
The Role – Technical Manager
You will be office / home based with site visits working on a range of housing schemes (happy to offer flexible working if you would like to work at home 2 days a week)
You will produce technical drawings whist being able to handle and collate all the technical information needed for;
Building control / warranty providers
S38 / S278 agreements
104 and other drainage agreements
Preplanning information such as G.I reports, Drainage strategies, flood risk assessments, sustainability reports, etc
Liaising with various external consultants – S.E, Highways, piling, etc
Liaising with various sub-contractors
The right person – Technical Manager
You will be an experienced Technical Manager or Senior Technical Coordinator with housing experience
OR, you will currently be working for an Architectural practise or as a Structural Engineer
OR, you will be a strong CAD Technician looking to progress
