Job Title: Technical Coordinator
Location: Beaconsfield 
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 
Contract type: Permanent
  
Watsham Consulting is representing a residential developer in their search for a Technical Coordinator. This permanent role is well suited to a Technical Coordinator with experience of working for/with Residential Developers.

JOB DESCRIPTION – Technical Coordinator

Appointing & co-ordinating design consultants
Interrogation of designs
Coordination of utility services and section agreements
Submission of building regulation/NHBC applications and securing all necessary consents to enable projects to commence 
Liaising with and supporting other departments with technical information and resolving technical issues
Updating project monitors and updating working drawing registers
Inputting into health, safety and environmental check lists including house type risk assessments and CDM requirements
Attending progress meetings with housing associations and ensure appropriate information is provided to allow planning and contractual requirements to be met
Producing home user guide information required by housing associations
Liaising with solicitors regarding sectional agreements/easements/wayleaves
Attending and contributing to office and site based technical/site/team meetings
Securing adoption of roads and sewers on completed developments    
PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Residential Development experience essential 
Educated to HCN/HND level or hold a degree in a construction/engineering related course 
At least 3 years experience as a Technical Coordinator 
CAD proficient
