A thriving housing developer and facilities management company have an opportunity for an experienced and freelance Technical Coordinator to join the company on a contract basis. The contract is for a minimum of 9 months and the pay rate is competitive.

As Technical Coordinator you will be responsible for:

Provide technical support
Producing reports
Reviewing drawings and specifications
Monitoring building regulationsTo be successful within this role you will have:

Previous experience as Technical Coordinator
Worked in the residential sector and/or facilities managementWorking hours and pay rate:

Pay rate – competitive/ negotiable
Immediate start
