Our client, a market leader in building sustainable and precision-built homes based in Milton Keynes, is looking for a Tape & Jointer on a permanent and full time employed basis.

You will work as part of a team conducting finishing works on modular built houses; you will be expected to Tape and Joint where joiners have come in to fit boards, covering where units have been connected.

We are particularly looking for individuals who can think on their feet, to be able to solve problems as and when they occur. Being able to assist with other trades such as painting and general handy work will also be expected when there is no Tape & Jointing work to be conducted.

You will be working as part of a team of 4 tradespeople made up of Joiners, Tape & Jointers and Site Painters. You will be required to work on various sites, which will sometimes include working away from home, with all accommodation, food and other expenses covered.

Pay rates – 28k-30k/annum

To succeed as a Tape & Jointer in this role you will need:
-NVQ Level 2-3 in Tape & Jointing
-CSCS Card
-Previous experience working on construction sites that we can reference
-UK Driver License
