Do you have experience with thermal modelling and sustainability analysis within the Building Services industry and want to join a rapidly growing company that is going through an exciting period of change including the introduction of new state-of-the-art offices and employee reward schemes?
This company is a multi-disciplinary building services consultancy focused mainly within the UK industrial sector. They are expanding into residential, commercial and leisure sectors and would like a Sustainability Engineer to share in their success and develop their career further within the business.
In this role you will hold a number of responsibilities relating to the company's ever-growing portfolio of sustainable buildings at the domestic and commercial level. This will involve things such as using EDSL's Tas software to ensure Part L compliance, thermal comfort and overheating modelling, carrying out feasibility studies for renewable systems and carrying out heating & cooling load calculations.
The ideal candidate will hold at least 2-3 years' experience in the Building Services industry with a career focusing on the sustainability of domestic and commercial buildings. They will be a clear communicator capable of liaising with architects, designers and developers and will be capable of producing concise reports.

The role:
* Ensuring Part L compliance by using EDSL's Tas DSM software
* Thermal Comfort and Overheating modelling
* Carrying out heating and cooling load calculations
* Conducting feasibility studies for renewable energy systems
* Working alongside architects, designers and developers
* Working from home 2-3 days per week
The person
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the Building Services industry
* Dynamic Thermal Modelling software experience e.g Tas DSM
* Educated to Degree level and a member of a relevant professional body
* Up-to-date awareness of sustainability issues in Building Services
* Motivated by technical development opportunities e.g learning new assessment methods
