Our client, a multi-disciplined specialist engineering consultancy is currently looking to add an experienced Sustainability & Energy Consultant to their technical team, based near Milton Keynes. Our client offers a range of services across sectors, including education, healthcare, housing, commercial, and residential.

The duties of this Sustainability & Energy Consultant role will include, but not be limited to:

Building energy audits
TM44 Inspections
Undertaking thermal modelling/daylight sunlight and overshadowing assessments
Completing SAP/SBEM Calculations
Completing Energy and Sustainability StatementsTo be considered for this Sustainability & Energy Consultant role, you will ideally:

Have 3 years' experience in a similar role
Be a Qualified TM44 Assessor (Air Conditioning Inspections)
Have a mechanical engineering background
Have knowledge of Part L Building Regulations
