Madisons Recruitment are actively recruiting for a Strategic Planning Manager to work on a permanent basis located in Beaconsfield.

Salary – £60,(Apply online only) – £90,(Apply online only) per annum

Company car, bonuses, insurances, laptop and phone, healthcare, pension and 25 days holiday.

You will be focussed predominantly on strategic sites and promoting these through the planning across the wider Home Counties region to build a future land bank for the company.

Duties:

Identifying strategic land opportunities both within and outside the Local Plan process.
Sourcing sites through software systems and databases as well as using the land registry.
Promoting strategic sites through the Local Plan process.
Keeping up to date with planning policy and Local Plan changes and involvement.
Managing a pipeline of sites through outline planning permissions as well as some more detailed consents as and when the workload requires.
Collaborating with consultants and planning colleagues, to work together on strategic land projects.
Contacting land-owners and reviewing strategic land opportunities, in the longer run.
