Role: Small Works Manager

Salary: £55k- £60k per annum.

Location: Luton

The package: Company Pension, Vehicle or vehicle allowance (£6k per annum)

25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays

The Role

We are working with a national M&E & services provider who provide upgrades and maintenance to a national high street bank.

They are looking for an experienced project manager to oversee numerous live projects across the portfolio.

The ideal person will be of a fit out or M&E contracting background. Strong organisation and ability to manage a high security site is a must.

Duties Include:

You will be required to oversee minor projects £2k up to £500k (very rare).
4- 7 live projects at once.
Duties will include
Responsibility for high-risk activities-
Risk assessment and method statements
monitor and supervise pieces of work
subcontractor audits.
Watch subbies on site and ensure they're operating to specs & following H&S procedures.
Good health and safety knowledge, managing subbies on site.
Managing supply chain.
Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:

– NEBOSH

– Strong sub contract management

– Strong time management skills

– Strong people skills

– Strong commercial skills

The role will suit somebody who is hungry to progress with a stable and long term contract.
