I am looking for a Small Works Manager to oversee office and commercial fit-outs for projects to £200k in value in Milton Keynes for this reputable market leading contractor.

Ideally you will have general supervisory experience of managing multiple work packages such as plastering, painting, rewires and fit outs across commercial and office environments.

Checking RAMS, undertaking contractor inductions checking of work undertaken against program.

Pricing experience would be beneficial and you may also be required to support other Project Managers on existing projects.

YOU NEED TO BE SC CLEARED TO UNDERTAKE THIS ROLE

This is an immediate start for you and may go temp to perm.
