Position – Skilled DIY Operative
JPS Projects Ltd, A leading well established contractor within the social housing sector of the construction industry are looking to build on our team due to our ongoing success on a number of large void contracts, and have multiple openings available for Multi Skilled operatives to work on contracts in and around Chesham and Amersham areas for well established housing associations. The works is within voids ( empty properties) and is refurbishing the properties back to a lettable standard. The positions are immediately available for suitable candidates.
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
* Domestic Skilled DIY experience
* Own transport
As a Multi Skilled Operative you will be expected/and/or trained to do the following basic tasks:
* Carpentry
* Patch Plastering
* Tiling
* Flooring
* Decoration
The contracts are voids • aids and adaptations • kitchens and bathrooms
All applicants must also have or be prepared to work with JPS to obtain the following
* Full Driving Licence.(Essential)
* CSCS Card
* Good Communicator
* Happy to work alone and as part of a team
* PAYE/CIS Oppurtunities
