McGinley Support Services are currently looking for a number of experienced Site Supervisors in and around the Midlands area to supervise De-vegetation works on the highways network. Areas of coverage will include Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Warwickshire, Suffolk counties

As the Supervisor you will:

Manage and report on the delivery of output and quality works against project deliverables
Supervise both direct staff and subcontractors
Maintain accurate records of site attendance
Ensure works are carried out within the planned health & safety guidelines
Handle and report on any site accidents within given guidelines
Provide accurate shift reports highlighting any issues.

Successful candidates will start mid-August for induction and planning and the projects go live early September. The works will be days and nights/weekends as required with an increased rate for night time working. SSSTS is a minimum requirement with previous experience in a similar role.

As well as a competitive day rate with and an uplift for night/weekend working, you will be provided with Van, Phone & Equipment, 40hrs a weeks.
