Kenna recruitment are currently representing a Tier 1 Main contractor who are one of the largest in the country and operate through various disciplines – They have a project due to kick off in Milton Keynes. They are after a solid number 1 Site Manager to assist the Project Manager on a steel frame new build project.

The project will consists of a 235,000 sqaure foot industrial warehouse on behalf of a key client in the Milton Keynes Area. My client specialise in new build industrial warehouses / sheds which include, distribution centres.

My client is looking for a solid all round individual who is experienced in steel frame projects and can manage internal emelements as well as getting involved from early ground work stages through to completion.

This is a long term ongoing contract which has the scope to turn in to a permanent role.

Requirements;

* Experience working for a large contractor on steel frame new build projects for a minimum of 5 Years.

* Valid – SMSTS, CSCS, 1st Aid

* Stable employment history.

* Demonstarted history and track record of managing simillar schemes and delivering them on budget and within programme.
