Role: Site Manager – Internal & External
I am looking for a Site Manager to work for one of the most reputable residential developers in the market who are known for being one of the best companies to work for when it comes to progression, training, retention and work/life balance.
My client are renowned for delivering succesfull residential proejcts throughout the UK and they have a requirement in Milton Keynes delivering over 400 units of residential apartments which is a mixture of traditional brick & block + timber frame.
This is a partnership for a scheme that will see 5+ years of work which will be providing a refined village in a great location wiithin a great location next to key public transport links.
The project is at very early stages so it is a great time to join!
What's on offer?
-Salary ranging from £60,000-£65,000
-Bonus up to 22% – on target to hit this year and achieved in 2018, 2019 & 2020

What is required?
-Experience on traditional build and/or Timber Frame projects
-5+ years as a Site Manager for a Main Contractor or Developer
-Experience working on houses is not a neccesity but is very welcome
-SMSTS, First Aid
-Ability to oversee works externally & Internally
